Refund, Return and Repair Policy
If any product you purchase from us is not fit for its usual purpose or of acceptable quality (through no fault of your own), we will gladly exchange it, refund it or can arrange for it to be repaired subject to the points below.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
If you consider your product to be faulty or not fit for its usual purpose please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping of faulty items will be at the expense of the customer. On arrival upon inspection if the product is thought to be faulty, an exchange or refund will be processed and the customer will be refunded for shipping costs.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
